1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Wolf Intelligence LLC (“Wolf Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, AI automation products, consulting services, and any related tools or platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Wolf Intelligence provides AI-powered automation products and consulting services designed for businesses. Our products include but are not limited to AI Auto Attendant, Talk to Quote, Invoice Chaser, Review Guard, AI Copilots, Instinct Memory, Social Connect, Property IQ, Copilot Coach, and the Wolf Pack Bundle. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our website and in individual service agreements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • No long-term contracts are required. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once implementation work has begun.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at their current rate until the next renewal period.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

5. Data Ownership & Sovereignty

You retain full ownership of all data you provide to us or that is generated through your use of the Services (“Customer Data”). We do not sell, share, or use your Customer Data for any purpose other than providing the Services. Upon cancellation, we will export your Customer Data to you in standard formats upon request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
  • Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, designs, logos, and content, are owned by Wolf Intelligence LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the Services as permitted herein.

8. Service Level & Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Intelligence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wolf Intelligence LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, but provisions regarding data ownership, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Washington.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
